Rain Republic is proud to introduce modern Guatemalan chocolate to the world. We offer the world’s first triple-single-origin chocolate™, we achieved this by blending Guatemalan single-origin cocoa beans with single-origin evaporated cane juice and single-estate whole bean vanilla at the source.
Each of the ingredients is selected for its freshness and quality. We produce from bean-to-bar because it tastes better and fresher. Vertical integration makes for a healthier chocolate & sustainable production system. Each of our unique offerings is produced seasonally and in micro-batch runs to make for a one of a kind sensory experience and availability is dependent on Mother Nature. Rain Republic has been producing bean-to-bar chocolate since 2005. We are currently in our second year of export. We purchase our materia prima from Guatemalan Farmers above the market price. We work to encourage sustainable farming practices while at the same time reducing our own carbon footprint.
Our products exceed Guatemalan, US and EU food safety standards and recommendations. We employ a strict internal food safety and food traceability systems because the health of our customer is of primary importance and our products are clearly labeled with proper nutrition information in both English and Spanish. Finally, we package our chocolate securely in recyclable components to preserve its amazing taste.
